Responsibilities
-Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
-Plan and manage nutritious meal menus suitable for international school children.
-Ensure proper storage and freshness of food supplies.
-Purchase food ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
-Prepare meals that are both healthy and tasty.
Requirements & Skills
-Ability to cook traditional Ghanaian dishes such as Jollof Rice, Banku, Waakye.
-Competence in preparing Western meals including Spaghetti, Mashed Potatoes, and Omelets.
-Flexibility to manage both local and international cuisine.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
-At least 1 year of proven experience as a cook in a school, restaurant, or food service establishment.
-Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
-Ability to manage food purchasing and inventory responsibly.
