Food Digital Sales Management Officer

Set up, manage, and optimize food listings and adverts on Bolt Food, Chowdeck, Hubtel, and similar platforms Monitor daily sales performance, promotions, pricing, and menu visibility across platforms Coordinate with kitchen operations to ensure menu accuracy, availability, and timely order fulfillment Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via social media, calls, and messaging platforms Conduct telemarketing and digital follow-ups with customers who engage Westwind Kitchen online Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high service ratings Track performance metrics such as order volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback Recommend promotional strategies to increase sales and customer retention

Minimum of one (1) year proven experience managing food sales on at least one food vending app (Bolt Food, Chowdeck, Hubtel, or similar) Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment Strong digital skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable with telemarketing and direct customer engagement Ability to work under pressure and meet daily sales targets Strong attention to detail and basic reporting skills
