Basic Crew Member Responsibilities · Greet customers and take orders accurately · Operate cash register and handle payments · Prepare food items according to standard recipes · Assemble orders quickly and correctly · Keep workstations clean and sanitized · Restock ingredients, cups, napkins, and other supplies · Follow food safety and hygiene regulations · Assist with opening or closing duties (e.g., setup, cleaning equipment) · Work as a team during peak hours

· Education: Must have completed SHS (WASSCE certificate or equivalent) – Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply. · Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. · Proximity: Must reside close to the East Legon area (reliable transportation). · Personality: Energetic, customer-focused, and ready to learn on the job. · Attitude: A diligent, reliable work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility. · Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
