Responsibilities
Responsibilities:-
• sew outfits neatly and professionally
• follow my design exactly
• take and adjust measurements correctly
• finish garments on time
• maintain consistency across multiple pieces
Requirements & Skills
Experience:-
basic sewing experience (not learning from scratch)
• has worked on women’s wear (fitted dresses, two-pieces, etc.)
• available consistently
skills:-
• clean finishing (inside neat, no loose threads)
• accuracy with measurements
• consistency (can repeat same outfit multiple times)
• fabric handling (silk, crepe, structured fabrics)
• speed + neatness balance
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Can sew clean, neat finishing (inside must look as good as outside)
• Understands measurements properly
• Can follow a design without ruining it
• Speed (not slow + careless)
Bonus (not compulsory but great):
• Can cut patterns
• Can suggest better finishing
• Experience with structured outfits (your style)
Minimum Experience
1 year
Tailors wanted around east legon hills, tailors must be good with flawless stitches and pattern drafting and must be able to work with little or no supervision. Workdays are mondays to Fridays only.
