Responsibilities
The Office Secretary will provide administrative support to the property development team by managing office operations, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and site visits, maintaining project and client records, preparing reports and documents, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office administration.
Requirements & Skills
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or property development sector. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and record-keeping abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, effective time-management and multitasking capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. A professional attitude, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in office software are essential for success in this role.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and have successfully completed their National Service. Applicants should also have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or secretarial role. Experience within the property development, real estate, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
