Hob - From Ambient: 4-6 mins
Put 100g (4oz) of porridge oats into a saucepan. Add 568ml (1 pint) of milk, water or a mixture of both and stir. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally. Add salt or sugar to taste (optional).
