Responsibilities
• Conducting venue viewings and showcasing the space to potential clients. • Supporting in finding potential clients via social media and email marketing • Answering calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries. • Managing venue bookings and maintaining the booking calendar. • Being present at events and ensuring guests receive an excellent experience. • Welcoming and engaging with customers before, during, and after events. • Representing us at meetings and networking events when required. • Assisting with event setup, coordination, and breakdown. • Monitoring customer satisfaction and supporting marketing efforts by gathering content, testimonials, and customer feedback. • Managing supplier and vendor relationships when necessary. • Providing regular updates and reports on bookings, enquiries, and business development activities.
Requirements & Skills
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building abilities. • Sales and negotiation skills, with the confidence to convert enquiries into bookings. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • can'tonfident when conducting venue viewings and networking. • Experience managing bookings, calendars, and administrative tasks. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences. • Basic marketing and business development knowledge. • Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office • Ability to manage events from enquiry through to delivery. • Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate suppliers, vendors, and event teams. • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when events require. • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in growing the business.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
None • Previous experience in hospitality, events, venue management, customer service, sales, or business development. • Experience working with creative spaces, community-focused businesses, or event venues. • Existing professional networks that could help generate business opportunities.
