Responsibilities
Strategic Support and Alignment Conduct regular assessments of office operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and priorities Compensation and Benefits Oversee payroll management in collaboration with Finance Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with company goals Orientation and Onboarding/ Learning and Development Lead and refine the onboarding process to foster positive first impressions and ensure new hires are equipped for success whilst overseeing training programs aimed at career development and skill enhancement, supporting employees in achieving their professional goals. Employee Relations & Compliance Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing prompt, fair, and confidential resolutions to maintain trust and satisfaction. Monitor and ensure adherence to labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field  professional certification in human resources management is an asset  hr professional experience in a construction or real estate company is an added advantage  minimum 8 years of progressive experience in hr  at least 3 years in management advisory role.  Experience in managing human resources functions with an international organization will be an advantage.  Knowledge of standard hr practices.  In depth knowledge of labour labour laws and trends  ability to draft policies and procedures ability to work longer hours  knowledge and proven experience of hrmis ability to validate & process payroll in collaboration with finance department
