Responsibilities
* Clean apartment rooms and common areas.
* Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms.
* Make and dress beds.
* Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
* Replenish cleaning supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to Management.
Requirements & Skills
* Hardworking, honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Able to stand, bend, and lift items as required.
* Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
* Must be available to start work immediately.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
JHS or Middle School (or No formal qualification required). Applicants must be able to read, write, and communicate in basic English and follow instructions.

We are seeking hardworking, honest, and reliable Cleaners/Maintenance person for immediate employment. The successful applicants will be responsible for cleaning pool area/gym and common areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, disposing of waste, replenishing toiletries, and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided. Applicants must be punctual, physically fit, and available to start immediately.
