Prepare and cook meals for hotel guests Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and other food orders Prepare both local Ghanaian meals and Continental dishes Ensure food is fresh, tasty and well presented Prepare ingredients and manage daily food preparation Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness Properly store and handle food and kitchen supplies Monitor food portions and minimize food waste Keep the kitchen equipment and working area clean and organized Work closely with hotel management and other staff Support the smooth daily operation of the kitchen

Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience Basic education or vocational training in Catering, Hospitality or Food Preparation is preferred Good knowledge of Ghanaian and Continental cuisine Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety Ability to work independently and follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking
