Junior Network Technician

Assist in the installation and setup of cctv systems (ip cameras, dvrs/nvrs). Run and terminate network cables (ethernet) for camera and network connections. Configure basic network settings (ip addresses, routers, switches). Mount cameras and ensure proper positioning and coverage. Support troubleshooting of cctv connectivity and video issues. Perform routine maintenance and system checks. Assist senior technicians during site installations and repairs. Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards. Maintain basic documentation of installations and configurations. Provide basic user guidance to clients on system operation.

Diploma or certificate in it, networking, electronics, or related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts (ip addressing, routers, switches). Some hands-on experience or training in cctv installation is preferred. Ability to use basic tools (drills, crimping tools, cable testers, ladders). Physically fit and comfortable working at heights when required. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to travel to client sites when needed.
