Head Teacher Needed

1. Core Responsibilities - Academic Leadership: Oversee curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and assessment. Ensure we meet GES standards and our own high benchmarks. - Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise teachers. Create a positive, disciplined, and collaborative staff culture. - Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain high standards of behavior, safety, and moral training. Handle complex disciplinary cases fairly. - Parent & Community Relations: Be the face of the school to parents. Communicate clearly, handle concerns professionally, and build strong parent-school partnerships. - Administration: Manage timetables, records, admissions, exams, and compliance with GES/MoE requirements. Protect all school property and funds.

Key qualities & skills we need - integrity: must be honest and transparent. No tolerance for extortion, selling school property, or any unethical conduct. - leadership: able to motivate teachers, resolve conflicts, and lead by example. - academic competence: strong grasp of kg, primary, and jhs curriculum. Experience with bece preparation is an advantage. - communication: excellent written and spoken english. Good interpersonal skills for parents who expect professionalism. - organization: can handle records, reports, and school operations without supervision. Skills*: computer literacy for records/reports. Knowledge of child safeguarding and school management

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Education. - Experience: At least 3 years teaching experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory/leadership role preferred.
