1. Core Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Oversee curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and assessment. Ensure we meet GES standards and our own high benchmarks.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise teachers. Create a positive, disciplined, and collaborative staff culture.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain high standards of behavior, safety, and moral training. Handle complex disciplinary cases fairly.
- Parent & Community Relations: Be the face of the school to parents. Communicate clearly, handle concerns professionally, and build strong parent-school partnerships.
- Administration: Manage timetables, records, admissions, exams, and compliance with GES/MoE requirements. Protect all school property and funds.
