• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants in Dzorwulu and
surrounding prime areas.
• Act as the first point of contact for leads, providing exceptional customer service in
person and over the phone.
• Follow up on leads relentlessly to close deals.
• Ensure properties are "viewing-ready" before clients arrive.
• Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,
LinkedIn).
• Take high-quality photos/videos of properties and create engaging content (Reels,
listings, flyers) using tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Write compelling property descriptions for online listings.
• Respond to DMs and online inquiries
• Handle daily office affairs, including email correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized client database (CRM).
• Provide direct administrative support to the Business Owner.
