Responsibilities
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants in Dzorwulu and surrounding prime areas. • Act as the first point of contact for leads, providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. • Follow up on leads relentlessly to close deals. • Ensure properties are "viewing-ready" before clients arrive. • Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). • Take high-quality photos/videos of properties and create engaging content (Reels, listings, flyers) using tools like Canva or CapCut. • Write compelling property descriptions for online listings. • Respond to DMs and online inquiries • Handle daily office affairs, including email correspondence, scheduling, and filing. • Maintain a clean and organized client database (CRM). • Provide direct administrative support to the Business Owner.
Requirements & Skills
Who we are looking for? • experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, administration, or marketing (real estate experience is a major plus). • tech-savvy: proficient in microsoft office/google workspace and social media content creation. • communication: impeccable verbal and written english. You can switch effortlessly between speaking to a ceo and a first-time homebuyer. • organization: you are hyper-organized and can juggle conflicting priorities without losing cool. • flexibility: real estate happens on weekends. You must be willing to conduct viewings on saturdays when necessary. • location: living within a reasonable commuting distance to dzorwulu is highly preferred.
