- Handle incoming customer inquiries for car sales and car rentals via calls, WhatsApp and social media.
- Follow up with prospective clients, arrange vehicle viewings and negotiate deal terms.
- Create short‑video content, posts and promotional materials for social‑media marketing.
- Maintain customer records and follow up until payments are fully settled.
- Conduct market research to find new local clients and business opportunities.
- Perform hybrid‑remote work: attend office on required days for client meetings and vehicle handovers.
- Assist with basic office administration and daily business coordination.
Requirements & Skills
- Female candidate, age between 22–35 years old
- Basic senior high school / tertiary education background
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident in customer negotiation, client follow-up and sales closing
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp)
- Able to shoot simple short videos and edit basic promotional content
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work under sales pressure
- Honest, responsible and able to manage daily work independently
- Open office work
- Prior experience in car sales, car rental or general sales is an advantage (not mandatory)
