It consists of a transmitter unit which connects to the computer and a receiver unit that connects to the device. Standard Cat.5e/6 network cable is then used to bridge the connection between the two units. For best performance and compatibility, we recommend the use of full copper cables.
For added convenience this USB 2.0 Extender is supplied with a power supply, which can be connected should additional power be required.
*Please note: This extender might not support USB devices that require high bandwidths such as Full HD webcams.
