1. Office Administration
* Oversee daily office operations
* Maintain school records (students, staff, academic data)
* Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
* Ensure adequate staffing at every point in time.
* Ensure good performance output from all staff.
2. Communication Management
* Day to Day running of the school
* Effectively liaise with management and Teaching and non teaching
* Handle official correspondence (emails, letters, WhatsApp communication)
* Respond to parent inquiries and direct them appropriately
* Prepare internal memos, notices, and reports
3. Student Administration
* Manage student admissions and registrations
* Maintain attendance records
* Coordinate student documentation and reports
4. Staff Support
*Maintain staff records and documentation
*Support HR functions (leave tracking, onboarding)
*Coordinate staff schedules and meetings
*Convey critical information of staff to Management and vice versa,
5. Compliance & Reporting
