My name is Moses Francis Tholley, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be interviewed for this teaching position today. I am a graduate of Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology at Makeni Campus, Sierra Leone, where I earned a Higher Teachers Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and IT Software Engineering.
Over the past eight years, I have gained diverse work experience in various fields. Initially, I worked at the Sierra Leone Muslim Brotherhood Primary and Secondary School at Mile-91 Town for eight years. During this time, I had the opportunity to teach English Language, Religious Moral Education, and Business Studies to primary and junior secondary school students, while also focusing on basic IT education.
Additionally, I had the privilege of being a sponsor for volunteer work. My active involvement in the Business Studies department during my time in school allowed me to utilize some of that training as a curriculum developer for business studies.
In my teaching career I have developed a passion for helping students improve their learning skills and have honest my ability to create engage lessons plans that cater pillars to teach a variety levels of students and l am comfortable adapting my teaching career style to meet the needs of each individual students. I am very excited about the opportunity to continue my teaching career and to contribute to the success of your company.
