must be able to bake as a professional .must be able roll,knead and preferrably if he has knowledge on all other tasks in the baking processes. Should know how to control and manage other co-worker in the bakery.
Requirements & Skills
should be able to bake all types of bread, and more so if you can manufacture other confectionaries ,it would be an advantage for you.
