Customer Service/ Cashier

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately, takeout, and delivery orders. Enter orders correctly into the POS/cash register system. Process cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other forms of payment. Provide customers with accurate change and receipts. Handle cash drawer operations and maintain accurate cash balances. Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and applicable taxes. Answer customer questions about menu items, prices, and payment options. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed correctly. Monitor and manage customer queues during busy periods. Handle refunds, voids, and order corrections according to restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area. Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage. Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Food service or restaurant experience is preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
