Create, post, and schedule engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Jiji etc., and reply to comments/DMs quickly.
2. _Drive Engagement & Generate Leads_
Run small promotions/campaigns, track analytics, and turn online inquiries into customers for the team.
Requirements & Skills
1. _Creative & Tech-Savvy_
Knows how to create eye-catching posts, short videos (Reels/TikTok), and understands trends, hashtags, and Canva/CapCut basics.
2. _Strong Writing & Communication_
Can write catchy captions, respond professionally online, and has good English + smartphone/internet skills.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- WASSCE / Diploma / HND / Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field (or proven social media portfolio)
- 6 months - 1 year experience managing business pages / content creation
- Must be active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and know Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- 18 years+, smartphone + laptop, internet-savvy, lives in Accra
