Shop Assistant

Provide friendly and professional customer service • Assist customers in choosing perfumes based on preferences and scent types • Promote products and support sales targets • Process cash, card, and mobile money transactions accurately • Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays • Handle stock receiving, shelving, and basic inventory checks • Prepare gift packaging and manage testers safely • Follow shop policies, security, and hygiene standards • Represent the brand positively and work well with the team

Good communication and customer service skills • Interest or basic knowledge of perfumes • Sales and persuasion skills • Ability to handle cash and payments accurately • Presentable, honest, and reliable • Ability to work flexible hours and in a team

Basic education (shs or equivalent preferred) • retail or sales experience is an advantage •
