This wine is deep ruby red in colour, with purple tones and a wonderful display of rich aromas. The nose is enticing and spicy with black fruit and floral notes. Structured with soft tannins that lead to a finish that is fresh, complex and long, with fruit notes and subtle undertones of rosemary, thyme and dried flowers.
If you are wondering what Kaiken means, it is the name of a unique breed of goose that can be found commonly in the Andes region. The Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon crafted here are considered to be one of the best in this area, as it contains the perfect blend of Chilean and Argentinian characteristics. Currently, Kaiken Wines is managed by Aurelio Montes and his son.
