Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers politely
Help customers select and style outfits
Promote and sell boutique items
Keep the shop neat, clean, and well arranged
Handle sales, payments, and customer orders
Manage stock display and report low items
Respond to customer inquiries (in-store & online)
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Good fashion sense and ability to style outfits
Sales and persuasion skills
Friendly, polite, and welcoming attitude
Ability to work under little or no supervision
Good time management and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS (added advantage)
Social media engagement skills (Instagram/WhatsApp) is an advantage
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Female, well-presented and confident
Minimum SHS qualification
Previous experience in a boutique or retail shop is an advantage
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
Ability to stand for long hours
Must be punctual and disciplined
Lives around the shop location (added advantage)
Passion for fashion and customer satisfaction
