61-Note Keyboard: Features velocity-sensitive, synth-action keys ideal for fast synth lines, organ riffs, and general production work. Performance Pads: Located in the top left corner, these 16 backlit pads can be used for triggering audio samples directly from an SDHC card, soloing/muting sequencer tracks, or selecting sound categories. Sound Modify Section: Positioned toward the bottom left, this features a row of six dedicated knobs that allow you to adjust effects, filter cutoff, resonance, EQ, and envelope parameters in real time. D-Beam Controller: Roland’s signature infrared proximity sensor located just above the pitch bend lever. It allows you to modulate sound effects, filters, or pitch dynamically by simply moving your hand over the beam.
