Preparing: 1. Semolina Pudding
1 liter semi-skimmed milk
100g wheat semolina
1 sachet vanilla sugar
75g sugar
1. Bring the semi-skimmed milk to the boil. Sprinkle the semolina, vanilla sugar and sugar into the milk while stirring.
2. Bring to the boil again and let it simmer for about 3 minutes while stirring until a cooked porridge is formed.
3. Pour the porridge into a pudding mold rinsed with cold water. Let the pudding set in the fridge. Turn the pudding over and serve with fruit sauce, fruit compote or canned fruit.
2. Preparing semolina porridge
1 liter semi-skimmed milk
75g wheat semolina
1. Bring the semi-skimmed milk to the boil
2. Sprinkle the semolina into the milk while stirring. Let this mixture cook for about 3 minutes, stirring, until the porridge is thick and cooked.
3. Serve with white or brown sugar if desired.
