DURUM WHOLE WHEAT (VOLKOREN) PASTA: This whole-wheat pasta is based on 100% whole-wheat semolina and is therefore darker in color than regular pasta. Due to the coarse structure, this whole-wheat pasta offers a good source of fiber.
