* Pearl Couscous:
Ingredients: 100% pearl couscous (wheat, barley).
Store in closed packaging after opening.
Preparation: in the saucepan:
- Add 250 g couscous in a pan. Gradually add the same amount of boiling water while stirring. Cover the pan with a lid for 5-10 minutes. Loosen the couscous with a fork. Add olive oil or a knob of butter if desired. Ready to serve.
