Pandan extra super quality jasmine long grain rice: pandan rijst, from the Big A is a beautiful rice with shiny solid grains, long, white, dry-cooking rice grain, which after cooking has a wonderfully soft taste and spreads a natural aroma. The rice has been carefully selected, ground and glazed, so absolute top quality.
Bring water to a boil. Ratio: 1 1/2 cup of water to 1 cup of rice. Add the rice and a little salt if desired. Leave to simmer for 18-20 minutes in a closed pan. Remove the pan from the heat, stir the rice with a fork and let it evaporate for a few minutes with the lid closed before serving. Cover and let stand for a few minutes before serving. Use more water for softer rice and less water for dry rice. Tenderness is a personal choice
