* Longkou Bean Vermicelli or Bean threads are also known as cellophane noodles or glass noodles.
They are called so because of their appearance when they are cooked, and resemble cellophane.

Soak the vermicelli for 3-5 minutes in hot water ( 90°C) let it drain. Now it is ready for use in salads and soups.
