* 7 Cereal Breakfast : is a mixture of 7 different whole grains which inches, wholemeal wheat flour, wholemeal oat flour, rice flour, wholemeal barley flour, rye flour, cornmeal, wholemeal millet flour, salt. Rich source of protein.
+ Method of preparation:
• in the pan: heat 200 ml semi-skimmed milk (do not let it boil).
• Add 4-5 full spoons of cereal
Stir and leave. Enjoy your meal!

• Can add mashed bananas
• add a dash of lemon juice, stir everything well
• Divide over dessert, and serve with
whipped cream and grated chocolate.
* Add hot water/ hot milk and enjoy! ( All you need is hot milk/ hot water!)
No added sugar. So can add sugar to suit ones taste.
