Farm Manager Needed for Vegetable Farming

Responsibilities
1. Oversee farm personnel and organize daily operations to promote efficiency and optimize productivity.
2. Manage soil fertility programs and irrigation systems to optimize crop yield.
3. Monitor crop health, identify pest/disease issues, and implement timely solutions.
4. Maintain accurate farm records
5. Oversee harvesting, sorting, and post-harvest handling to maintain product quality
Requirements & Skills
1. Minimum of 3–5 years’ practical experience managing pepper or similar horticultural crops (hot peppers, tomatoes, okra, etc.).
2. Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of farm workers.
3. Strong knowledge of soil management, irrigation systems, pest and disease control.
4. Experience in postharvest handling and packaging.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, crop science, or related field
