Responsibilities
Assist with setting up and organizing the market stall
Promote and sell products to customers in a friendly manner
Explain products and prices clearly to customers
Handle products carefully and keep the stand clean and tidy
Support sales and basic stock management during the day
Assist with closing and packing up the stand at the end of the market
Requirements & Skills
Good communication skills in English
Friendly, confident and customer-oriented attitude
Basic sales or market experience is a plus
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Ability to work long hours while standing
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Basic level of education
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Previous market or sales experience is an advantage

This role is especially suitable for people with natural afro or curly hair, and men with natural hair and/or beards, as customers connect more easily with real results they can see.
Nappytalia Cosmetics is a Ghana-based natural haircare brand dedicated to Afro, curly and textured hair.
We regularly participate in curated pop-up markets and lifestyle events in Accra.
From time to time, we also join other selected markets and events when opportunities arise.
We are looking for reliable assistants to support our sales and brand presence during these weekend events.
