Youtube Video Editor Needed

Responsibilities: • Edit long-form YouTube videos professionally • Edit YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content • Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, background music, zoom effects, and motion graphics • Improve audience retention through engaging editing styles • Create cinematic and viral-style edits when required • Sync voiceovers, music, and visuals professionally • Source and organize B-roll footage when necessary • Create clean and professional pacing for storytelling videos • Follow brand style, editing instructions, and content direction • Deliver videos on schedule and maintain consistent communication • Work closely with the content creator to improve video quality and engagement Preferred Skills: • Thumbnail design experience • Motion graphics experience • Basic color grading and audio enhancement • Understanding of YouTube SEO and viewer engagement • Experience editing talking-head videos and documentary/storytelling content
