Full-Time Youtube Video Researcher, Transcript Script Editor

Responsibilities: • Transcribing YouTube Videos In Twi to English. • Research trending YouTube topics, viral stories, news, and audience interests • Gather accurate information from multiple reliable sources • Organize research into easy-to-follow summaries for content creation • Edit and improve YouTube scripts for clarity, engagement, pacing, and audience retention • Rewrite scripts to sound more natural, emotional, professional, or viral when needed • Review and edit transcripts for grammar, structure, readability, and flow • Ensure scripts maintain consistent tone, storytelling quality, and brand voice • Fact-check information and verify details before publication • Assist with creating strong hooks, titles, and content ideas • Collaborate closely with the content creator and editing team • Meet deadlines consistently and communicate effectively

Requirements: • Strong English writing and editing skills • Experience researching online topics and organizing information • Ability to write or improve engaging YouTube scripts • Strong attention to detail and grammar • Understanding of YouTube audience retention and storytelling • Ability to identify viral or high-engagement content topics • Good internet connection and ability to work remotely • Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills: • Experience working with YouTube channels • Experience writing storytelling, documentary, commentary, or news-style content • Understanding of YouTube SEO, titles, and audience engagement • Experience using AI writing/research tools responsibly • Familiarity with pop culture, trending news, technology, finance, or entertainment content
