Sales Manager

(Tire, Engine Oil, Battery, Spark Plug, Ignition Coil) Be able to built a sales team and training the team to do the below working: 1. Develop new clients (auto parts stores, repair shops, fleets, wholesalers) and maintain long-term customer relationships. 2. Master product specifications and vehicle adaptability, provide accurate quotations and process orders. 3. Promote product sales, achieve sales targets, and follow up payment collection timely. 4. Conduct market research, collect competitor and customer demand information. 5. Handle after-sales problems and product complaints properly. 6. Promote brand products and complete other assigned sales tasks.

(Tire / Engine Oil / Battery / Spark Plug / Ignition Coil) Basic Qualifications 1. High school or above, auto parts / automotive major preferred. 2. Have auto parts sales experience, familiar with market channel operation. 3. Able to travel locally and visit customers regularly. Professional Skills 1. Know tire sizes, oil viscosity, battery specs, spark plug & ignition coil OE numbers and car model matching. 2. Good at quotation, negotiation, order follow-up and payment collection. 3. Familiar with auto parts market, able to develop new customers and maintain old clients. Soft Skills 1. Good communication, interpersonal and market development ability. 2. Hardworking, able to bear sales pressure and achieve performance targets. 3. Honest, responsible, good at after-sales problem handling. Language & Extra 1.
