Responsibilities
* Delivery & Collection
* Navigation: Planning the most efficient routes and mastering local traffic patterns.
* Documentation: Obtaining recipient signatures, verifying delivery contents, and submitting accurate activity logs.
* Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting pre/post-ride checks on the motorcycle, fueling, and reporting any mechanical faults.
* Customer Service: Maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating delivery updates to the dispatch team and clients.
Requirements & Skills
* Good knowledge of road safety and Accra routes
* Punctual, trustworthy, and disciplined
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to meet daily delivery targets
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* valid ghana card
* class a driving license
* senior high school certificate
* letter of recommendation (from a family head, dce, pastor, medical doctor, or military officer)
