Field Marketing Executive

Visit construction sites, real estate developments, and building material markets. Introduce the company's products and services to contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners. Distribute brochures and promotional materials. Identify potential customers and collect contact information. Invite prospective customers to visit our office and showroom. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Submit daily reports on field activities and leads generated. Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and willing to work outdoors. Ability to approach potential customers and generate leads. Sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required. Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Based in Accra or willing to work within assigned areas.
