Responsibilities
Provide professional haircuts, fades, beard trims and grooming services to customers.
Deliver high-quality haircuts according to customers' preferences.
Maintain excellent customer service and build good relationships with clients.
Keep barbering stations, chairs and salon areas clean and organised.
Properly clean, disinfect and maintain clippers, trimmers, scissors and other equipment.
Ensure customers are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided.
Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
Manage customer appointments and attend to clients promptly.
Handle barbering tools and salon equipment responsibly.
Work cooperatively with other staff members to maintain a professional working environment.
Follow salon rules, working schedules and management instructions.
Help promote Pristine Barber Saloon and attract new customers.
Requirements & Skills
Skilled in modern haircuts and hairstyles.
Proficient in skin fades, low fades, high fades and taper cuts.
Skilled in beard trimming, shaping and grooming.
Ability to use clippers, trimmers and shaving machines professionally.
Skilled in hairline shaping and finishing.
Knowledge of hair washing and basic scalp care.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to clean, disinfect and maintain barbering tools.
