Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Operate tissue manufacturing and packaging machines safely and efficiently.
* Monitor machine performance and report faults or abnormalities promptly.
* Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards.
* Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of assigned machines.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* Follow all production schedules, safety procedures, and company policies.
* Work effectively with supervisors and other production staff to achieve production targets.
Requirements & Skills
* Ability to read and write in English.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
* Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* minimum of bece or wassce/sssce.
* previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage

A new and growing tissue manufacturing company in Ghana is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Toilet Roll Machine Operator.
Location: Teacher Mante, Eastern Region, Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate automatic toilet roll rewinding and converting machines.
• Set up and adjust machines to meet production requirements.
• Monitor paper feeding, rewinding, perforation, embossing and cutting.
• Ensure consistent product quality and accurate sheet counts.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine faults.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Minimise production waste and maximise efficiency.
• Maintain daily production records.
• Adhere to factory safety and quality standards.
