I have worked in two to three working places with different positions and I have seen how customers act in so many different ways, being good or bad, speaking to employees harshly, disrespectfully or even going to the extent of insulting them but yet still I manage to work with them.
It's not easy dealing with customers but trust me, I can handle them.
If it goes beyond control, I make sure to report to the authorities in charge.
And also experienced how bosses/managers act towards their workers (they choose to talk to the worker anyhow because they claim to employ the worker, workers working with them for years but still not trusting them, not caring or thinking about the health of their workers rather care about their work/company), I have experienced all these but still manage to work with them.
