Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendor relations, and procurement
Provide executive support to CEO including calendar, meetings, and travel coordination

Manage CRM system, update sales pipeline, and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate client proposals, presentations, demo scheduling, and follow-ups
Support marketing campaigns, manage content calendars, track performance
Organize trade shows, webinars, client events, and product demos
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for Nigeria/Kenya expansion
Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and email campaigns
