Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Twi, Ga, or Ewe depending on your location).Previous experience in sales, promotions, or field marketing is a big plus.A smartphone with active WhatsApp for communication.Honest, professional, and goal-oriented mindset.

Smartphone ownership: must own a functional smartphone with active whatsapp for daily communication, training, and sending updates.Local language fluency: ability to speak fluent english and at least one major local language (such as twi, ga, ewe, or hausa) depending on your target region.Active mobile money account: must have a registered mtn momo, telecel cash, or at money account to receive weekly commission payments.Basic digital literacy: ability to confidently navigate social media platforms (facebook, instagram, or tiktok) and use basic mobile apps.
