Emergency unloading valve, also known as safety valve. It is a kind of direct acting self reset valve. Its release mechanism adopts spring loaded ball and ball seat structure. When the pressure exceeds the set value, it will overflow automatically, realizing the automatic protection of personal safety and high-pressure system.
The top adjusting bolt can adjust the release pressure from 14MPa to 140MPa.
It can be installed on high pressure fluid control pipeline with maximum working pressure of 105Mpa or 140MPa, reciprocating piston pump, pressure vessel and other equipment that need to provide overpressure protection.
