Experience & Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in solution selling or industry-specific sales (e.g., SaaS, FMCG).
Leadership & Management: Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a regional team. This includes setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Capability to create regional sales plans, analyse competitor activity, and interpret market trends.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for managing stakeholder relationships and negotiating with clients.
Operational Management: Experience in managing distributor networks, including evaluating their profitability and infrastructure.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is generally required.
