Kilishi is a dried form of suya seasoned with garlic, ginger and yaji(suya spice). It is smoked and sun dried to preserve for a long time. Kilishi can be eaten alone as a snack, used in preparing soups/stews or paired in a meal
Dambu Nama is a delicacy from northern Nigeria, that can best be described as spicy fried meat floss. The meat is shredded into thin flavourful pieces. Suya Spice is what gives this its unique flavor. Dambu Nama can be eaten on its own as a snack, used in a wrap or paired in a meal
