Responsibilities

1. Product delivery: safely pick up and deliver cctv cameras, dvrs, nvrs, cables, and accessories to homes, offices, and installer sites. 2. Handle with care: cctv equipment is fragile. Ensure proper packaging and zero damage during transit. 3. Route & timing: plan routes with google maps to avoid traffic and meet promised delivery times. 4. Customer interaction: handover items professionally, collect payment/cod, and get delivery confirmation/otp. 5. Reporting: update dispatch log + whatsapp group after each delivery. Report failed deliveries or customer issues. 6. Bike & safety: use company motorbike responsibly. Daily checks on fuel, brakes, tires. Wear helmet + reflective vest always.

Requirements & Skills

1. License: valid class a/c motorcycle license + 1+ year riding experience in accra traffic. 2. Bike provided: company motorbike + fuel allowance + maintenance covered by telitmall. 3. Route knowledge: must know accra, tema, kasoa, madina, east legon, spintex areas well. 4. Education: minimum bece/ssce certificate. 5. Skills: smartphone + google maps + whatsapp. Basic numeracy for cod/cash handling. 6. Personal: honest, punctual, careful with fragile goods, good customer service attitude.
