Requirements & Skills
Software proficiency: expert command of design suites like adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, or coreldraw.Resolution management: ability to format designs to a minimum of 300 dpi to avoid pixelation on final prints. Sublimation bleed & templates: experience working with 3d or all-over-print (aop) garment templates, where exact sizing and "bleed areas" are critical for seam-to-seam garment printing.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Software mastery: advanced proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator) and coreldraw. Prepress knowledge: understanding of print-ready file preparation, including bleeds, grid systems, physical size scaling, and resolution/dpi optimization. Color theory & management: ability to manage color profiles, ensuring accurate conversions between rgb (screen) and cmyk (print) to avoid color shifting sublimation expertise: experience designing seamless patterns and scaling vector graphics for full-sublimation apparel (e.G., sports jerseys, sportswear).Dtf vector/rasterization: creating layouts with white-ink underbases, optimizing transparency, and managing transparent backgrounds for film printing experience: 1 to 3+ years of practical experience in the apparel industry, a print shop, or a garments manufacturing setting.
