Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on dtf printers and large format digital printers
prepare print files, ensure color accuracy, and manage rip software.
Execute the full dtf process: printing, powder application, curing, and heat pressing onto various garments.
Handle and finish large format outputs including cutting, laminating, mounting, and trimming.
Perform daily machine start-up, calibration, and cleaning routines.
Monitor print quality throughout the production run, making adjustments as needed.
Manage inventory of printing supplies (inks, films, powder, substrates).
Adhere to strict production schedules and meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure optimal results.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualifications & requirements:
education: high school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in printing technology is a plus.
Experience: minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating dtf and/or large format digital printing machinery.
Technical proficiency: solid understanding of color management, rip software, and print file setup (adobe illustrator, photoshop, coreldraw).
Physical ability: capable of lifting , standing for extended periods, and handling rolls of media.
Availability: must be able to work full-time, including occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
