* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities. * Teach early literacy, numeracy and practical life skills. * Support children’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. * Prepare teaching and learning materials. * Maintain a safe, clean and child-friendly classroom. * Observe and record each child’s progress. * Manage children patiently and maintain good discipline. * Assist children with feeding, toileting and personal hygiene when necessary. * Communicate appropriately with parents and school management. * Participate in school meetings, activities and training.

Good knowledge of early childhood education. * Ability to teach through play and practical activities. * Strong classroom-management and communication skills. * Patient, caring, creative and child-friendly. * Ability to prepare lesson plans and teaching materials. * Good observation and record-keeping skills. * Knowledge of child safety, hygiene and basic first aid. * Responsible, punctual and committed. * Ability to work well with parents and colleagues.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. * Montessori training or experience is an advantage. * Previous preschool teaching experience is an advantage.
