Responsibilities
. Operational Management Oversees the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as nursing, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance. Ensures adequate staffing levels and proper scheduling. 2. Staff Management and Development Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff (nurses, caregivers, support staff). Sets performance standards, handles disciplinary issues, and promotes continuous professional development. 3. Resident Care Oversight Ensures that residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. Works closely with clinical teams to maintain care standards, monitor outcomes, and address complaints or concerns from residents and families. 4. Regulatory Compliance Ensures the facility complies with health, safety, and licensing regulations set by relevant authorities. Maintains proper documentation, prepares for inspections, and implements policies aligned with legal requirements and other delegated tasks
